Can I claim points with this gained experience?

Hi Reza, This my scenario. I am working on open work permit since 2 years for same employer, now same employer is offer me LMIA exempt closed work permit, can i get claims 50 points immediately OR again i need to work on closed work permit for at least 1 year more with same employer to claims 50 points?
