Goods Issue... It means to issue the goods to consumptions(Production) or delivery to the customer.
If You issue the goods then reduce the stock in your plant and storage location.

How can BSX be debit when you are issuing the stock?
So,
Stock a/c BSX- credit
Consumption a/c GBB VBR - debit.

the accounting entry you are showing is completely wrong ! when we issue stock the entry should be RM Consumption A/c Debit and Stock Credit. Please check your accounting entry
