i miss the days when you made more tutorials. I love all the info you give us on products and your opinions because I usually love products you recommend, but you are the one that taught me how to apply my make up and I just miss getting new ideas from you.
What do these look like in direct sunlight? I hate thinking my makeup looks flawless and then getting outside and catching a glimpse of myself in direct sunlight and looking cakey and dry and like porey... do you know what I mean? If someone could let me know how much these actually show up and look un natural like normal powder products that would be fab!

I LOOOOOVE these powders! I have ridiculously oily skin and large pores and was worried about accentuating these issues, but have found that they blur my pores making them look smaller. Doesn't do much to control oil, but nothing does. Leaves a really natural, smooth and beautiful finish.
You described this product perfectly. I bought mine as was like "eh" and now i'm obsessed. I have very fair skin, nw10, and this has forced me to become an expert on blush and contour shades. I bought the diffused light and I just sweep it all over my face like you demonstrated and it is the absolute perfect product to mute out that slight pink undertone without making me look sickly. The yellow works ever so slightly as a corrector and it is just gorgeous. If you have fair skin buy this!!!

I'm so glad you said you prefer matte foundations with bronzers and blushers. I sooo agree but most TH-camrs seem to use those dewy finishes. So happy to find a good

I have dim light. Love it. Now I really want more. I use it like you do. Sometimes I put it over my blush. You have done the best video about these powders. The first one I saw was done by Josh who works for hourglass.
You are one of my favorite YT to watch, and the way you organize and present your videos, makes them very easy to watch and enjoy and I end up learning so much more than others who just breeze through or have disorganized videos. I really appreciate that about you because I know it takes more time, planning, etc.

I use diffused or dim as an all over powder. I sometimes use Diffused to set my eye primer and my under eye concealer. In the summer i used Radiant all over cause i was darker, but now i use it on top of bronzer...Incandescent works great as a highlight on the brow bone, inner corner and top of cheekbones. On days I want a subtle eye look ill do diffused all over the lid, radiant in the crease and Incandescent as a highlight and it works great. I'll even use radiant in me crease to blend out

I finally decided to get one of these powders and I went back to this video to make my decision. I got the luminous light one because our skin tone is pretty much the same and i'm so excited! Thanks for the review Tiffany!

This video was GREAT! I've been so torn about whether to get the palette or Diffused (I'm going for the palette). Awesome.
The lighting is so nice in this video as to where you look a little washed out in your current videos and sometimes it's hard to make out the colors in your tutorials, but this looks awesome!!! I'm not complaining, just making an observation. This video was the nudge that got me to purchase the Ambient Lighting palette last year and I still love it. Another wonderful video that I had to come back and watch it again :)

lol I think you should watch again (*ducks*) But seriously, I think you missed the point- these are versatile (as I repeated over and over) and different shades work for different things. Some shades are best for using at the higher planes of the face. Some are best as a more all over color. I talked about 7 shades. So yes, I probably repeated myself talking about the different ones because I was being thorough. Welp. I guess I just repeated all that again haha

would you recommend the dim light for brown people? all these shades seem so light, i don't think they would show on me.
yay i was waiting for a video on the hourglass ambient lighting powders! i did get dim light and it does give a nice soft effect. i think what people are looking for in these powders are some magical powders to cover up everything and this is not that. it gives a nice soft effect. kind of like when you edit a photo and use a soft focus to help blur imperfections. i am thinking of getting the radiant, mood light and diffused light next.

Would the Luminous be the same as the Ethereal on the current Sephora site! It's described as a "white" powder: scary! I have Dim but would like something with a bit more glow.

Hi regarding the palette I have it and was confused about how the order of the powders was Incandescent light in the middle, what is right and left I seem to be seeing it backward WITH THE LABELLING? Could u list l to r with pallete sitting open please? Thanks

I was excited to see this video because I wanted to get the palette on the sephora sale and wasn't sure how to use it. But I must say it was a little all over the place. I love you Tiffany but sadly I didn't take away much from this video.
