Third game is a perfect showcase of how fckd up overloaded passives currently are. Everything has inbuilt mach 3 atb boost with heal and gets 2+1 turns, not forgetting the vio proc of course, for every turn you get. Playing against it simply isnt fun but frustrating
Wind Dokkaebi Lord should not be able to strip either ... if we are going down the List of Units we do not like multiple skills to apply in a single turn ...
Bubs passive is like 5 turn cooldown at max so even if he procs theres no way he comes back unless shizuka is reducing his CD with her s2 if you kill bub first

I disagree i rarley use smicer but its passive does nothing without the strip. Unless they make it auto target only things off will. Imagine you get your turn and smicer takes 2 turns both times it trys to silence a will unit now smicer did nothing in 2 turns. But thats imo.
I think its fair to take away an effect from those who does many thing. Heal skill 1, bomb and stun (basically 2 turns denied if not resisted), ignore attribute/glancing skill 2. Now strip, silence and atk bar reduce skill 3 passive. That's a lot bro 😅
@jackph I feel like there are a bunch of units like smicer with a kit loaded with a ton of things. But you do make a point that unit does a lot. But isn't it's pasive only 40%? Don't you think the low chance balances it?

The Silence should be only 1 turn imo, so a unit could vio proc out of it. That would already be somewhat balanced, and be a fair mechanic against Smicer. I would leave in the unreliable strip (which can be resisted), leave in the ATB reduction, and make Silence 1 turn to allow counterplay. At least do this and see how it goes for a season. Then make adjustments again if needed.
