Kushal, you just gave words to how I have felt about Aayush for a long time (I won’t even dignify the other alternatives by mentioning them). Best way to promote Aayush is to bring scientific method to it. Thanks for raising this really important topic.
I had seizure like activity 3 years ago .. The modern medicines were so strong, I could not do my everyday work. I took those same MRI results and blood tests to ayurvedic doctor and my life has become much better. It changed my lifestyle and I am more active then I used to be. I am regularly taking those ayurvedic tablets and following the doctor's instruction. I regularly take modern medicine, but I love the choice our Indic medicines give.
Bhai sirf better hogye ho yeh notice karke khush mat hona.. kyu better hue ho woh bhi research karo. Pata karne ki koshish karo ki aapki unn medicines me aisa hai kya, kahin kuchh steroids toh mila kar nhi de rahe yeh sab lab tests bhi karwa sakte ho and even if yeh completely safe ho, it's still good to do a bit of research and then spread the word that I took these medicines which had these ingredients in this ratio or quantity, that specific information would help people a lot more rather than generic vague praise comments.
Ayurvedic practices are amazing for prevention of disease But modern diseases (chemicals induced, pollution induced, preservatives) require modern (allopathic) solutions....
@@dragonslayer0 allopathy is a derogatory remark labelled by the founder of homeopathy as a means of ad hominem. The correct way to designate it as "modern medicine".
What prevention of disease are you refer to? Because if you say dietary restrictions then Modern medicine also suggests eating right food in right proportions for specific subsets of people to prevent them from developing disease they are prone to develop in future.

Allopathy, Ayurveda and homeopathy all works. For some disease one of the method works better than other. Yes, if homeopathy is true then water has memory. Allopathy is derogatory term used by so called the founder of homeopathy, instead of saying it allopathy call it 'modern medicine' and follow Article 51 A(h) of the Indian Constitution.

All i know is the jab gave me ckd. No doc will admkt it to me and its way easier pinning it to a lifestyle. Im only 25 tho, dont smoke, always went to gym and ate healthy with ocassional junk food. Na cause pata hai na cure pata hai bs operation krwa lo inse🤮
CKD is not just due to external factors. Sometimes congenital factors also influence the chance of developing ckd like small kidney size at birth. There are ways to retard progression of ckd but definitve cure is renal transplantation or hemodylasis only. My best wishes to you
No one is saying that herbs 100% dont have any effect. Thing is do a randomised control trial, publish the result, be free fair and then treat. Dont rely on just something written millennia back. Produce evidence. Read what china did with artesunate, wonder drug for malaria
You say ayurveda is not proven to work so it's not a medicine. So is the allopathic medicine given for BP and sugar etc patients is "medicine" in your view? Edit: I liked Dr's views other than a couple of points.
It's not allopathic medicine that doctors practice today, it's modern medicine. Clinical Medication is based on evidence. Double blind plecebo controlled randomised trial. Allopathic medicine is based on the humour theory of body in which bloodletting is considered a cure. 😅
Raised Blood pressure is just a symptom. Its could be due to any underlying pathology. What medicines are given are for lowering BP and then additional investigations and tests are done to find out the cause.
I am sure, a lot of it would actually end up stand up to it. It's not like ayurveda was based on random stupidity. It was actually observationally done. The only problem with it, is that it's multiple centuries old and therefore not updated with current times. I would say making ayurved go through heavy checks would help it become relevant again. I would be very happy if that happens.
