While the newer Oasis class ships, Harmony and Symphony are almsot identical, I give the edge to Symphony with the truly incredible shows and more more recent additions of El Loco Fresh, Playmakers, Hooked Seafood and the redesigned Solarium. Honestly though, you can't go wrong with any of Royal Caribbean's ships.
My family loves the Quantum class ship Anthem of the Seas because they have a heated indoor swimming pool. We live in NYC and we can enjoy the pool even when sailing in cool weather. The bumper cars are also a favorite of ours.

If you like water parks, it is awesome, although I probably wouldn't pay over $75 per person. If there is another ship in port, get off as early as possible and head straight to the Daredevils Tower or the family oriented Splash Summit, those get long lines later morning into afternoon.

I know quantum class ships are meant to be able to go anywhere in any climate and time of year but I think they would benefit from the perfect storm water slides my opinion though so disagree if you would like as a person who has cruised from Hong Kong and will soon go on anthem of the seas I expect cruises to have slides
Hi antonytsai6611, thanks for watching. The Quantum class ships are very tight on the top decks not a lot of room to add slides that take up space. They could remove the splash areas, but then that would upset other guests with very small children.

My last booking before it had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 was Brilliance of the Seas. Less than 3000. Transatlantic. I was really looking forward to it.
Hi George, thanks for watching. I do like the Radiance class ships, but I've not found Oasis Class ships to be overly crowded as the design does a great job of dispersing guests to/from major areas of activity.
Large ships are not for me. I spent half my time walking from one end to the other, and missed out on many activities. I'm paying $24 for internet, I think RC should throw in $2 to keep guest in contact with their travel party. Second, literature never said anything about $2 plan. I went days without knowing. I never knew that I could turn on my TV and watch us pulling into a port. And why was the "meet the crew" at the end of 7 days... this would've been helpful in 1st or 2nd day. Not embarkation day, but definitely the next day. I also think CocoCay would've been much nicer, if I knew where I was going. After I finally found my party, I was told there was a map at end of pier, after getting off ship. Why wasn't this map in our cabin so maybe I would've seen where to meet others in my travel party, before I left for the day. Weather sucked that day anyway, so it was a waste of money to book water equipment for use that day. Food at CocoCay made up for weather :) I enjoyed what I was able to do but, again, no amount of podcasts and literature prepared me for the walk from one end to the other. A map of ship, with deck maps... maybe even tell you normal walk time, like Google maps does. Just a suggestion. I think my party would agree, I was late most of the time because I forgot how far it was... also, having to go up or down a flight if stairs, to get a different elevator because couldn't walk through buffet to what's on the other side... only employees would know that! Kudos to every person I met that was staff! I'll cruise RC AGAIN! Next time, I'll leave from Tampa, where all of the ships are smaller.
Can you make a video of scrapped ships such as : song of norway, Nordic empress AKA empress of the season the sovereign class legend of the season and more ( I miss legend of the season I had ridden on her 2 time only as well as Mariner, she used to be in Singapore and I ridden on her twice as well so yep that's about it)
Hi Warren, thanks for watching. Adventure of the Seas did go through a dry dock refurbishment, but not a true amplification. It was scheduled to get "amplified in 2021" and that was postponed. Specific details of what work Royal Caribbean was going to do onboard Adventure was not released.
Talking criuse the royal caribbean the icon of the seas will be bigger than quantum class but smaller than oasis class but royal caribbean change a new planned the icon class will be bigger than the oasis class
At this point nothing as to the specific size of Icon of the Seas has been officially announced. If it is bigger than Oasis class, I'd be interested exactly how much bigger. If it is minimal difference, why even bother!

i planned to go to alaska in June 2021, but the cruise was canceled. i think it was the allure but idk.

Adventure of the Seas received its Amplification in 2019 I believe this states it is on hold.
