problem is once they spot Frost's welcome mats there's a risk that Lesion's darts will get destroyed as well. but i'm pretty sure that you'll get some nice kills on that combo once they actually fall for it

I love playing the GSG9 because they are so fast and their weapons are amazing, and now I'm so excited that IQ is now actually useful with all of the new gadgets that are out there.
Lesion: Gu Spikes spawn ever 35 seconds, enemies HAVE to step on, Take damage over time, can't run if stepped on till their pulled out, only 7 max. Ying: Can set a timer the longer you hold her flash, has 3 ways of using to enter
All you're doing is crouching to get out of the line of sight of the enemy. Crouching is a game feature therefore using it while shooting isn't abusing anything, it's better to dropshot and survive than to stand like an idiot and get shot. Plus if people are so used to it then you should be ready to aim at the feet in case someone drops.
So it's skilled to stand there and get shot? You don't need to adapt to 'an exploit' if you don't want to but if you want to win then do it. It's your decision whether you want to show you're better by getting shot point blank in the face or try to adapt to a player's move in order to win, you need to read your opponent and use what's necessary and ALLOWED to win. Dropshotting isn't an exploit in my eyes, to be honest I don't even use it much unless I'm in a risky situation (which would be my fault) but I don't blame the people who use it a lot. It's just a playstyle and I don't care if you see it as a cowardly playstyle, if it was an exploit Ubi would have somehow prevented it from happening much. It's so extremely easy to adapt to a dropshot, either just actually show skill and shoot the guy in the head before they get down or just simply move around and shoot them while they're prone, it doesn't really make them a smaller target does it? If you find dropshotting annoying then all I can say is get gud.
the mine one for defense ....those are proximity mines....they dont have to step on them just be near them. i like the new ops....and they did good to balance them with other ops. their guns are really good too.
