This movie is in a weird place where I definitely don't think it's bad, but I also think it's far from great. I'd say it's better than fine but that's kind of it. It has some great scenes and the animation (when it's not layered with CGI) is really great, and at times even better than Mask of the Phantasm. The overall plot I just don't think is worthy of a movie and feels more like a two-parter. If anything I think the plot of the episode Deep Freeze would make a better movie.
