Thanks for your video and channel. However, my issue is I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 SM-T577U but it's locked with a PIN and FRP is on and would not allow me to access the Wipe/Factory Reset option. I've tried all methods to boot into device's recovery mode, but only the wipe cache option is available. And that option does not reset the device.
I do not know any security details about the device; the folks I bought it from are not allowed to offer any help.
Would you offer any advice as to how to wipe this device?

When do you add the home button? I get a warning that I have to let go of all and hit vol down to continue and then I'm back to the stupid password screen
I get a totally different screen it’s blue green color with a down arrow and says Odin mode it’s downloading something but it won’t do anything else it also says downloading…

I still can't unlock the screen. After restarting, I have to log in to the previously synced Google account or enter the password. I've forgotten both of those. Now what should I do next?
After holding the power button and volume down when the Samsung tab A screen comes keep pressing until the screen goes off.Then press volume up+power Quickly

I figured it out, it had to be connected to the pc with cable to be able to get in recovery

No, the menu does not come up on my samsung tablet
Did not help me at all. I did everything you said to do and it didn't work. The menu never came up. I don't know if it makes a difference that I have a screensaver or a picture that comes up that I have to swipe to get to the place where I have to draw the pattern, but should that really matter? What am I doing wrong?

I have done this 10xs. The power and down button work but the power and up bottom just continues to start up.. no menu

Press power and volume up, then keep holding on both volum button but let go of the power button. It works for my tablet.

note for those that found it to not work: IMMEDIETELY hold the power and volume up button after the screen turns off, i guess theres a timeframe for when it detects stuff like that.
You don’t need to hold the buttons until the menu pops up, once it vibrates the first time you can let go of the buttons and give it a sec and it’ll pop up the menu. I’ve done it plenty of times

When i try to reset mine it goes to a turquise color screen and says " WARNING A custom OS can cause critical problems in device and installed applications.
If you want to dowloqd a custom OS, press volume up key.
Otherwose press volume down key to cancel.
It worked my tablet showed that screen and at the end in the yellow words at 2:02 it did that so i did and well it worked

I know this is late but for those who goes to the same menu screen make sure u press home button abd volume up fir 10 second and hold the volume up only for 5 second

Everyone, turn the tablet off. When it's powered off completely, hold down the power button and volume up together for around 15 seconds or until the boot menu appears

Following these instructions it just keeps refreshing the samsung galaxy tab a screen that says powered by samsung below... I can't even get it into the menu.
after holding it for 10 sec on volume up ,I got it when i released my finger from the power button before releasing the finger on volume up button.

but what if i have forgotten the Samsung id and password that I used to setup the device in the first place aswell?
