Grey and Copper Dot Mandala - Tutorial - Step by Step

Watch me paint this Grey and Copper Dot Mandala step by step... these videos are done to give you some inspiration to create your own personal designs...
Paints used in this video Global Paints... that have been mixed with Pouring Medium at a ratio of 3 parts paint and 1 part pouring medium with a touch of water... the colours are White and Black used to make shade of Grey... and the Copper is a mix of DecoArt Americana Worn Penny and Bright Copper used straight out the bottle...
The board used here is a 29.5cm MDF round... The guidelines are drawn using a watercolour pencil... rings are 1cm apart and the lines are drawn using a protractor at 22.5 degree intervals... or, 16 segments... and the squares measure approx 13 x 13cms and 16 x 16cms... I pretty much make my designs up as I go along... I never have a plan! That is the fun bit... I like a challenge...
The Ball Stylus Dotting tools I am using in the video are from the McGill Paper Blossoms Tool Kit and the dotting rods are from Happy Dotting Company...

Just LOVE this. May I make a suggestion...when you put on the screen which tool you are using could you also put the paint color on also? Some colors are just a shade off and difficult to see the difference on a computer screen. And your lines are perfect. Any chance of you making a video on how you draw lines. Like the lines on this look complicated but I'm sure they aren't but it would be nice to see how you did them. So looking forward to seeing more tutorials from you.

Hi... thanks for the suggestions... I am definitely looking at making some videos on drawing the guidelines and in the future.... I try and describe what I have done in the description...
Also, I will consider listing the colours maybe in the future.. I purposely haven't as not to confuse anyone or list colours that not everyone can get... I am just sharing patterns more so and let people give it a go in colours they already have and in whatever order they like to do it in... they are more for inspiration... but, its definitely something that I have though about... so, great suggestion... 🥰
