Mate, your a bloody bottler! I have been trying to set my Gshock, using the instructions, for a coupe of hours and I had it "Roughly" correct. Time was 5 minutes out, day wrong, date was ok, 24 hour was ok. But it really was all bloody luck, because I didn't have a clue how I had done it. But your vid was great! In 2 minutes flat I had the time set correctly...it is so easy when you see how it's done. Thank you very much for this vid...you not only helped me set my watch, but you saved my bloody sanity along the way! Cheers Mate!
Yeah, after 13 years of relentless work my one finally died in my hands :( a little sun bath did bring it to life but like most zombies it had lost its mind. Very sad story, I’ve ordered new bazel, battery, multi Band and screw 86£. Hope there’s no internal problem so I can enjoy wearing my trusty watch again for many years to come, cheers

When you're adjusting the time zone, you were pressing D and then waiting for it to set the time, instead keep pushing D without letting the hands move and you can get to the correct time zone a lot quicker. Also your a little wrong about getting a manual atomic receive, what you should do is press A button until it moves to the 7 o clock position, its then pointing at the ready sign printed on the dial, leave it in the window and it will move to the work sign and then it will receive the atomic time
Better ones are white second hand! Timer that sends second hand on timer it started to tick backwards on timer! Also face on watch for 2nd time zone with option to swap face to small dial if jrtsetter between 2 countries. Different dials Different on the white hand and red hand as seconds separate ones.
@@lordbenny It may be that the watch is malfunctioning? So nothing happens if you hold it down for a few seconds? If that' the case, it may be that the watch isn't working. It took me a while to figure it out myself. I had to really press down hard to set the watch.

Interesting. If you have it set to the correct TimeZone it should pick up the correct day and date.

Can you explain exactly what steps you are doing to try and set your watch?

I press button a and nothing happens, I press the c button and nothing happens. The clock IS working but the wrong time!
Hi Andy, you need to hold the button for a few seconds. You have to press down really hard.
