i mean there is the final battle dlc but, correct me if im wrong, im pretty sure that the scout missions come with the base game. if you're referring to that specific mission well then it's because you have to complete the other missions that are available to unlock more scout missions. complete the ones that are available to you and it will unlock more afterwards, and if it dosent unlock more then its probably bc your grade was too low on the scout missions and need to get a higher grade like A, B, or C, to unlock other scout missions, but im pretty sure the overall score dosent matter and you can just complete them with any type of grade but just in case just try ur best on all of them.

Inferno mode is hard lol
use the battle alert signal build. thats what helped me with inferno mode, also try to unlock most of the skills in story mode they will help alot
