  • This is my brandnew De Buyer pan frying it's first egg after seasoning it. No butter or grease used, just an egg in a perfectly seasoned frying pan. I'm using my own seasoning method which is labor intensive but outperforms the recommended method by far as you can see.

Hey man, sorry I havn't been on here in a while. Simple steps :
      - clean the pan when it arrives with soapy water
      - take half a tea spoon of high temperatur oil and rub the whole pan with it including the sides
      - heat the pan on highest heat until it starts to turn brown.
      - during heating add very very very little amounts of oil whenever the pan runs dry
      - let it cool down
      - after cool down rub the pun with some more oil incuding sides
      - put it in a 250°C oven for about 2 hours
      Done!
