    Sir, while viewing the circuits it is observed that in completion circuit diagram with transformer doesn't has 1000 ohm resistance as guided in the autocut circuit, please clarify if it 1000ohm resistance is required on not in completed joint circuit.

      Tested: Low battery cut-off at 16.5V,,, but not automatic on at 0.2-0.6V,,, automatic on at 1.0-1.3V required,, push-on switch (reset) lighting or fan running but not working at 16.7-17.2V,,, push-on switch (reset) on lighting or fan running are working at 17.7-18.0V

      1N5402 ki diode use Kare tao best hoga or 35V 4700μF Electrolytic Capacitor. 1N4007 mae bhi kaam chal jayega.

    the problem with those Cut-Off crap you all posting on yt is that, it is not because a 12v battery is at 13.5v or even 14v , it mean the bat is fully charged!! most time, the battery is not even charged to 60% !!!
    For easy english, in battery world, charge pourcentage is not "counted" in volt but in Amp >> Capacity!!!
    It is not because a battery is 14v, it means it is FULLY charged, if you use a charger supplying only 2A!! in that case, it need much time!!
    Capacity or "volume" (if compared to lets a an 1L water bottle, at least people understanding is easier with water and bottle) of batteries is counted (of course even word "counted" is wrong here) in Amp!!! not in volt!! but your Cut-Off crap is triggered by voltage!! to be effective, it should also detect the amp drown by the bat from the charger!! once, it is close to nul ( no more amp sucked from the battery) it means, it is charged to its full capacity, and the cut-off may do its job.....
    That kind of charging your battery is going to last a bit, simply because with those crap Cut-Off shit, you never charge the bat to its proper full capacity!!
    Please understand how battery world is working before sharing those crap.......

      No, this circuit can't charge the battery automatically only for full charge cut-off,
      Because relay requires less than 2 volts for deactivation.

      My relay can provide 10Amp Max. But you can use higher amp relay for provide more amps.

      variable power supply ko specific voltage per set kar kar variable resistor ko utna ghumana hai ki Lal Batti Jal Jaaye FIR battery aur charger nikalkar pahle battery Lagani hai FIR charger. tab yah kam Karega pahle adaptor lagayenge to Sidha lalbati Jal Jaegi per pahle battery lagayenge tou battery full charge hone per Lal Batti chalegi. adaptor lagayenge to variable resistor utne per hi set hoga jitni voltage adaptor se default aa rahi hai per variable power supply Se ise kam Jyada kar sakte hain.
