This is what I needed to hear today, I want to stretch beyond my comfort zone and become more than what I dreamed of. I come from a toxic family where my mother, because she doesn't have self love and self confidence, allowed her siblings to abuse me and take advantage of our money and our home. I'm 30 and have never lived in my mother's house because her sister took advantage of that house and my mother let it because she doesn't like confrontations and she feels insignificant. I grew up surrounded by so much complacency and I fight to not let that spirit affect me and rob me of developing as a person and reaching my full potential, it's going to get uncomfortable but I welcome change, I want to break the cycle.
This was meant for me, thank you ,I’ve been playing small, scared to stretch to my full potential of which I know it’s bigger that where I am right now.
