If i was trying to sell my property in the LA area, i would hire you & your cameraman, that's pretty tricky walking backwards up a spiral staircase filming you without tripping.
I tried to schedule a tour a couple of weeks ago and it said before paying, wait for an email (or something like that). I didn't get an email, so I reached out a few days later and never heard back. I was looking forward to seeing the beautiful gardens, but since it's hard to get in touch with anyone, I don't want to pay, show up and then get stiffed.
I think I've told you before, but your Mercedes is my personal fovourte, even before it starred on "Dallas". Casa Loma in Toronto has similar hidden door secret stairways.
Oh wow Alison, that must have been one incredible day to see the home and gardens. It's absolutely beautiful and is a wonderful reminder that everything doesn't have to be Formica and Travertine when building a home. Often, the older methods are the most tasteful. My heart breaks a little when I think of all the beautiful celebrity homes that have been demolished in Beverly Hills, and all of the hideous McMansions that have taken their place. Case in point, Falcon Lair.
