I rarely agree with critics. I adore Johnny as a person and as an actor. If he's in a movie, I'll definitely see it. I love his quirky, unique characters. I also believe he is a good, kind person. I do NOT believe he would physically hurt anyone except in self defense.

Listening and watching Johnny's music, acting, painting, interviews, I feel so grateful for his unique ability to be true to himself and be kind to his loving public. I love anything that has Johnny Depp! He is a Brilliant actor, and a kind hearted soul of a person (I don't know him personally) he has a heart of gold and, he takes time out of his personal life to make sick innocent children's day, by showing up as Captain Jack Sparrow. I've been watching the defamation case between Depp and Heard live the last few days and it quickly became clear that Amber Heard is devious, manipulative, and very provocative. She seems to have a circle of friends that scheme ways to screw people over for their own benefit. Also I've seen Minamata twice now and it's a great movie. The fact that Johnny Depp wasn't at least nominated for awards for his role shows how bullshit these award ceremonies have become. They're putting politics before art, and that defeats the purpose.
And Depp was way way to kind (probably a codependent) and took 5 of her friends, rent free, food free, to live when them for 2 years What and ungrateful bit%h, monster, malevolent, evil person.
One thing I can say is that I see clearly what has happened to Johnny. I know he will come back and be better than ever. It may take time. He is strong and intelligent and a true modern day artist.
Although I am definitely #JusticeForJohnnyDepp, Amber Heard was not the reason for the breakup of Johnny and Vanessa. It was because of drugs. Amber was an opportunist who took advantage of a man who was going through issues. His mother was sick and that took Johnny back to a place he would often go to when he had problems, to numbing the pain with drugs and alcohol. Hope he stays clean and hope he gets his reputation back in his coming defamation suit.

For me, Johnny is a brilliant actor in fantasy roles. Serious movies don't fit his creative genie and this is why many of the more serious movies don't work out. The movies we're not that interesting with johnny being normal which bothers the audience my guess. They had high expectations that it could be more fun so they get more frustrated and leaned towards negative reviews. Even though Johnny did a fantastic job.. Amber is the true devil in his life and I hope he gets better.

I saw every Pirates of the Caribbean movie atleast 4 times. Sometimes with my mom. Sometimes with my girlfriend. Sometimes with my guy friends. My mom loves Johnny. My girlfriend and I got our first apartment together. We had a Captain Jack Sparrow poster on our wall. We both love Johnny. He was the best part of the Pirates franchise. Disney should have been very happy with his changes to the character and the show. Before the movie came out. Johnny was on fire. Why would you want to suppress that talent? I've been watching the defamation case between Depp and Heard live the last few days and it quickly became clear that Amber Heard is devious, manipulative, and very provocative. She seems to have a circle of friends that scheme ways to screw people over for their own benefit.
Also I've seen Minamata twice now and it's a great movie. The fact that Johnny Depp wasn't at least nominated for awards for his role shows how bullshit these award ceremonies have become. They're putting politics before art, and that defeats the purpose.

For me, Johnny is a brilliant actor in fantasy roles. Serious movies don't fit his creative genie and this is why many of the more serious movies don't work out. The movies we're not that interesting with johnny being normal which bothers the audience my guess. They had high expectations that it could be more fun so they get more frustrated and leaned towards negative reviews. Even though Johnny did a fantastic job.. Amber is the true devil in his life and I hope he gets better.

Fab 2-part docu-biography, thank you so much. Well researched and well-presented. It made me want to go back to those lesser-known or less successful films. I am not able to choose the one role of Johnny's Depp I like the most, they are so different, and all of them have something. I like his way acting, and sense of humor, most of these movies I saw just because of him. Pirates of the Caribbean best moments are with Jack Sparrow, and without him, serie don't exist. I love Tim Burton, so probably my favorites are Tim's Burton productions.

For me I think JD has been great in about everything his portrayal of the characters is iconic. And has been very well done in all things he's done. I also love his band Hollywood Vampires and excited to see his own production company take off and more on his books and such. But yes him as Captain Jack Sparrow one of his all time Masterpieces. There will never be another Jack sparrow that's for sure. And also I for one also believe JD. And I think there is so much evidence that is proving so. But either way I'm sure it's hard for sure.

I like Johnny Depp. I have always seen him as a person that suffered from something... it is in his eyes and other things. Drug abuse is always a symptom of emotional and mental pain the person is dealing with deep down.

I don't watch much of his stuff, it's way too dark and too weird. Edward scissorhands was one I liked, I saw his pain that Edward showed exposed of his inner person.
