Have you tried different brands of makeup base under the eyes? I can’t seem to use anything but may be a light dusting powder. Anytime I use foundation or concealer or any liquid product, it mixes with the firm X and doesn’t look right. It changes the texture, makes my skin look like something is under my eyes. It looks great if you’re doing a photo shoot but up close in conversation it’s just too startling of a contrast. Whenever I put the product under my eyes, most of the time my darkness is still underneath and it’s just hard to cover that up but it does work on reducing puffiness !! I’m still use the product. It does work.
You definitely have to be very careful using additional makeup over this eye treatment. I get the best results when I used just the tiniest amount of the Firmex, blend it with a damp beauty blender, and let it set. I feel even moisturizer underneath it compromises the way it looks. I typically use it in the evenings on my way out to dinner just for an extra special touch. And I blend my foundation very lightly over it with a damp beauty blender. It’s definitely a tricky product but agreed, it does work 💜
I tried this before buying, on one side, over sunscreen and a little foundation and was amazed by the results on my puffy under eye area. Can’t wait to play around with it and find the best way to use it.

Hi Angela, Yes, I did all my skincare first .. let it dry down just a bit. If you notice white residue, tap out with damp beauty blender then apply makeup😊 good luck. It’s a little tricky because it’s easy to over apply at first but once you get the hang of it it’s a lovely result. 💜💕💜
here’s where i need help i apply my concealer with my fingers and smooth it out with a beauty blender and then tap peter thomas roth on top of it however throughout the day it starts to separate a little and you see a line of separation between it and the concealer how do i get it to not do that 😭
Have you experimented with putting the PTR under makeup / after skincare & SPF ( definitely let skincare dry down b/f) I had best luck (lasted longest) when my skin was highly moisturizing. What concealer are you using? I’ve switched to It Cosmetics Bye Bye … lots of shades, light & moisturizing. Typically it creases on me by end of day too. It seems to have a 6-8 hr longevity. Let me know how it goes :)
Could you please tell me what product you're using at 1:51 in the video? Also, if you're not sleeping due to night sweats, I have recently tried gabapentin & it has worked for me! I've been battling this for several years & I am hopeful this works long term. 🤞

Peter Thomas Roth company isn't a scam. It may not be a product you like or it may not have worked for you. However it's a genuine product. It definitely takes some practice to work with and doesn't work for everyone. If your unhappy I'd return it.

Just a little dab will do ya! Have fun!! It takes a bit of experimenting but the effects are lovely albeit temporary 💜💕

hi ... doing some homework... just fyi says you can't use with a water based foundation... very important!.. must be silicone based
@@sherrip5900it doesn't work with any kind of makeup I try it all with silicone based and everything else .it's iluseless products with makeup
