Good job guys. Looked tougher than expected. Agreed that burning oil to recycle plastic is not great :( But getting the process started is the important thing.
This is a very impressive video. When will you be coming to Uganda, this is the kind of business am doing step by step, we would like to learn more from you
It would be great to have seen how solar panels could have been used in some way to charge batteries to then power the equipment. Everything has costs, of course!
I have ways been fascinated by your works, I thought we are one army now. I am using your blue prints to make machine for small holder recyclers, how can I get trained by you. If you are still in Nigeria. I can arrange a meeting with your team as I am also in Nigeria. Thanks
Sir, i m a graduate trainee and want to manufacture pvc pipe and fittings , which single basic machine is good , and how to build it . Have any resources?
@@this_is_mattia Thankyou so much. We are struggling in that part. Can you share any details about that ? We have made a Sheetpress but the cooling part we are struggling in
Why does it need 3 phase power? The video really didn't show what the machine was doing but my guess is it's a hydraulic press with heat. The press was done by hand, the video did show that. So what required 3 phases? It doesn't need to get that hot or it would burn the plastic, a large hotplate style griddle would do imo.

I'll be great to have an update about them in some time
coming soon, stay tuned

Hi just a question, how do you guys ensure that the sheet is cooled enough to not bend when you take it out of the sheet press machine ?
There is an additional machine we call the "Cold Press" which applies pressure over time avoiding warping or bending
@@this_is_mattia Thankyou so much. We are struggling in that part. Can you share any details about that ? We have made a Sheetpress but the cooling part we are struggling in
Hope it helps 😁
