She along with Teena Marie really changed music. They added the umph and funk and we fell in love. I miss them both.

I agree though, Apollonia couldn't sing at all. All of Vanity's albums were superior to Apollonia's. I just listened to Apollonia's single solo album and I couldn't even get through it. At least the production on Vanity's Wild Animal album was top notch.
