I've been told to lite a candle and stare at the flame wide meditating I'm gonna try this it sounds so beautiful and soul touching thank you for this great opportunity love and light to u all
staring at a candle is a way to access ur 3rd eye. its called Trataka. its a yogi meditation technique however after 25 yrs of practice i alter the way they do it and use my 3rd eye to remove pain....
come to jesus christ, the sickness you have cant be cured by meditation

I think if everyone listened to this music for an hour before they got on with their day and for an hour before they went to bed at night this world, although not perfect, would be a much better and more peaceful place. When the Eurythmics brought out what unfortunately seems to be their final album Peace Annie Lennox said "How can there ever be peace in the world when there is not peace in peoples hearts". She really had a good point.
