Ya at the beginning i also face the same problem...but service guy guide me to keep atleast 2 ltr fuel..... I was like new gadi hai 2 mahine bhi nahi chale and having issue... Once I start keeping the exact amount of fuel the problem gone...
Problem with newer BS6 vehicles is the fuel needs to be always above the Fuel Injector pump. So tank must be always able 2 lts. Else the FI pump burns out and starts to draw too much battery.
I didn't face any issues with access. Using it from 2017. Still running like a new scooter. Speed, pickup, stability and breaking is excellent. No other scooter can beat Suzuki access in 125 cc.

We have suzuki access 125 2008 model…odometer 75k km , only changed belt, and self start motor after 60k km. No other problem ever faced.very solid build and reliable.
Bro i was also facing the same issue but the service centre of my locality resolved the problem. They just changed a part called stripping motor and after that i didn't faced any issues... This thing will come under your warranty claim, so no need to pay a single penny.
Yeh problem Fuel Injector ka hai. FI gaddi me Fuel Injector bahut costly hota hai, issi liye servicing center wale bahane bana rahe hai. Tumhari gaddi agar warrenty period me hai toh tumhe apne booklet ke peeche se apne zone ka customer query no. mil jayega. Throttle body is your answer for wavering and unstable idle RPM. Check your fuel quality diligently. More often than not, it's the adulteration and/or moisture causing carbon deposits in the throttle body, of course, assuming the throttle body is manufactured and installed well. Good luck.
Why don't you shoot a mail to the Suzuki Two Wheeler customer care. They will surely look in to it. I also had some issues with battery and vibration issues, the customer care and the dealer had it solved it for me
I also faced same set of issues. My Access is just 1yr 1month old with just 1500kms on the dash. The first issue was that the battery was unable to start the engine. Always had to use kickstart. Then after quite a long drive it sometimes took the auto start. But suddenly realised that after that issue, it was automatically picking up some throttle without touching the throttle bar. Then in the service centre they charged the battery and it solved the auto start but that throttle issue was still there. Then, i did a long drive of 300kms and after that it solved the battery issue and the throttle issue. I discovered a hack that if the start switch doesn't start the engine, I just gave a small throttle by pressing the switch and the rear brake and it started the engine. So whenever, starting issue is there, I use the same technique.

This is the real main topic which everyone has to be considered now, it's a BS6 vehicle, not a regular BS3 or BS4 vehicle, It has lot of sensors, ECU, Throttle body Fuel Injection system and Fuel Pump just like cars, so the main point is, it has to be serviced like cars, like regular FI cleaning and sensors checking through connect the vehicle from desktop, but the main problem is neither companies nor customers focusing about it, customers just compared vehicles by stupid features and companies also do the same.. Only one company Yamaha is focusing about it because they are dealing with this technologies past 8-9 years... In all yamaha service center FI cleaner machine is available and in every service they diagnos the vehicle by connecting the vehicle from desktop and yamaha's troubleshooting app check all the sensors and ECU..
Exactly...I am from goa......they change my moisture tail light free of cost ..and they only noticed that....i have the same issue of not starting..that to att 2 mth only..but service guy seem expert and told to keep good fuel reserve..from thier onward i dont face any issue
For battery issues use dry cell battery... it is slightly more expensive than the regular ones but they assure you no maintenance charges or any stuff like that. The tapping sound can be 2 reasons: 1. Tapper knocking the piston when under load or normal ride also and 2. The gearbox plate needs replacing thus making the gears to not properly function in one momentum. Gearbox plate holds these gearboxes properly.
I am noticing that the recent access (from 2016) has to many issues....... While the older access launched in India directly from Japan has led issues.........
According to me if i buy any vehicle whether it is 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers must be able to run/function without 5 years minimum without any single problem .... otherwise it is better to launge FIR. That's all.
I bought Access 125 by ignoring all other suggestions. My preference was, there should be no vibration at high trotle and it is promising. I didn't seen any issues except Petrol meter indication.

Same problem with my old model without acceleration rpm drops and vehicle stops but its problem is related to battery or carbon without battery it starts and run smoothly
I am usuing 2017 model ...yess they have the screen it got spoilt few months after purchase ...we didn't get time to go to the showroom ...till date we are usuing it no problem as such ....we fill petrol on calculations ....sometimes tank go dry and we refill ...and then it's ready to go.....as we start the engine it stops ....but again what i understand that the engine should be heated too ....cold engine usually stops is all scooty .......

This problem once occurred with me and my accces was not starting so I took it to service centre they said to chane fuel pump but when they opened there was only wire issue (a mice bitten it) they changed wire and now it is perfect after more 1500kms

Bro I too had same issue(high rpm) it was 6months old I went to service centre first time they sent me by giving excuses and when I went second time they charged battery and the third time I was very very angry and then they changed my battery for free (100 rs for battery change) PS:- I guarantee you your problem will be resolved...meri bhi ab ho gayi hai

Bro what you are saying is problem of Stepping motor for RPM issue and problem of sound from left side is of clutch problem. Solution is Just under warranty change the stepping motor everytime you got service your vehicle and get your clutch clean.

You can install brake lock from authorised service centre. I installed one on my Burgman for rupees 150 only from authorised service centre. I from shillong meghalaya

Bro same problem occurred with me as the real problem was that I was not maintaining 1 litre fuel. Now am maintaining 3 to 4 ltr and now the problem isn't occurring.
Accelerator ka jo problem hai, wo most probably Acclerator Cable k waje se ho raha hai. Usko change karke dekhiye, kiuki mera scooty ( Hero maestro edge bs3, age 5 and half years), usme aisa hi problem aya tha. Mai Hero ki service center me service nahi karata kiuki they are unreliable (wo baad me ek video upload karenge mera channel me). To mai jaha service karata hu, wo bahot hi experienced mechanic hai. Wo bolethe ki ye problem accelerator cable change karne se thik ho jaiga aur waisa hi hua. To aap ekbar accelerator cable change karke dekh lijiye. Aur 'kat-kat' jo awaj ati thi, wo sayad aapki gari ka jo kick hai, usme kuch problem k waje se ho raha tha. Sayad kick, andar me kisi k sath lag raha tha, is liye wo sound ho raha tha. Aap kick ka jo section hai, usko pura khulke thik se set kijiye, awaz sayad bandh ho jaiga. Ye dono hi manufacturing defects hai.

I have Access 125 model 2013 and face start issue quite often. I have changed battery but still problem persist. From last four years i have spent more money on service. During heavy rainfall if water flows 1.5 feet above, battery will become scrap. I wish battery is fixed below seat.

Alhamdulillah i got the same ...same color ..one yr past ..not face any issue till now...maska hai maska...only problem i was having was...tailed light gets moisture because of rain...and it was noticed by service people only... For the first few weeks they said not available and once they received they replaced with a new one...quite satisfied with their services Just awesome hai scooter.. Brother Clean up your vehicle's FI system, Fuel injection need to be clean every 6000 km... But the main problem is there is not any FI system clean machine or sensor diagnosis machine available in service centre.. Yamaha is genius in this, bcz they are dealing with FI from 2010.

Isme ye jaha se petrol pass hoke sabhi jaga jata hain wo bala parts ganda hoo jata hain.. Ajkal petrol mai jo mic karke de raha hain athanol na kya bolke.. Iske woje se petrol sabhi jaga pass karne ka jo parts hota hain wo parts bohut ganda ho jata hain.. Usko saf kar dene se ye probl completely khtm ho jata hain.. Mara wala access 125 bs6 thik ho gaya.. Abhi 1 sal ho gaya hain aur bohut sahi chal raha hain..
4:39 Bro yeh problem maine bhi face ki h, infact throttle deke start hone wala problem mere saath 6-7 baar ho chuka tha toh mein direct apne scooter ko service centre leke gaya jaise-taise mushkil manage krte hue. Is problem ko lekar yeh mera 3rd visit tha, pehli 2 baar mein unko bhi kuch samajh nhi aaya. Par teesre visit mein unhone problem notice kiya aur kaha ki iska ECR reprogram krna padega(something related to software update). Toh maine premature servicing mein apni gaadi de di. Aur baad mein sunney mein bhi aya ki yeh har Bs6 gadiyon mein yeh problem common h. Well Ab reprogramming k baad koi issue abhi tak toh face nhi krna pada h.And apart from this my scooter runs like butter and gives decent mileage around 43-44kmpl. Overall mujhe apne Access se koi shikayat nhi h.👍

Iam using Access 125 from 6 years and no problem at all.... May be ur unit is faulty , show it to any other good mechanic in the city or Suzuki workshop in nearby city. Not a big issue and can be resolved easily.

I bought Access 1 month ago, tik tik wali issue is in many bs6 vehicles, the fuel pump is still on after the engine is off, woh thodi der baad apne aap band hojata hai, 2. FI error, is because you try to go tank to tank, avoid that, instead as soon as you hit 2 litre mark try to refuel asap, I did the tank to tank 3 to 4 times, and my fuel pump gave up, anything apart from this, go to the service station, it's their duty to fix things.
Service center balo ko kuch nhi pata hai just asai engine oil and thoda bolt 🔩 kich na ata hai . Maine Tvs , Honda showroom pe dekha sab ek hai . Low salary ki chakkar mai unpad machanic ko baitha deta hai .

This is the real main topic which everyone has to be considered now, it's a BS6 vehicle, not a regular BS3 or BS4 vehicle, It has lot of sensors, ECU, Throttle body Fuel Injection system and Fuel Pump just like cars, so the main point is, it has to be serviced like cars, like regular FI cleaning and sensors checking through connect the vehicle from desktop, but the main problem is neither companies nor customers focusing about it, customers just compared vehicles by stupid features and companies also do the same..
Only one company Yamaha is focusing about it because they are dealing with this technologies past 8-9 years... In all yamaha service center FI cleaner machine is available and in every service they diagnos the vehicle by connecting the vehicle from desktop and yamaha's troubleshooting app check all the sensors and ECU..

Exactly...I am from goa......they change my moisture tail light free of cost ..and they only noticed that....i have the same issue of not starting..that to att 2 mth only..but service guy seem expert and told to keep good fuel reserve..from thier onward i dont face any issue

Your fuel pump is faulty because of not maintaining sufficient fuel level.

For battery issues use dry cell battery... it is slightly more expensive than the regular ones but they assure you no maintenance charges or any stuff like that.
The tapping sound can be 2 reasons:
1. Tapper knocking the piston when under load or normal ride also and 2. The gearbox plate needs replacing thus making the gears to not properly function in one momentum. Gearbox plate holds these gearboxes properly.
I am noticing that the recent access (from 2016) has to many issues.......
While the older access launched in India directly from Japan has led issues.........
The tapping sound may come from the slippage of the belt under load.
According to me if i buy any vehicle whether it is 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers must be able to run/function without 5 years minimum without any single problem .... otherwise it is better to launge FIR. That's all.
Fi controls the fueling of the vehicle which in turn effects the throttle response and fuel efficiency. May be the fi chip has some problem

I bought Access 125 by ignoring all other suggestions. My preference was, there should be no vibration at high trotle and it is promising. I didn't seen any issues except Petrol meter indication.

I am usuing 2017 model ...yess they have the screen it got spoilt few months after purchase ...we didn't get time to go to the showroom ...till date we are usuing it no problem as such ....we fill petrol on calculations ....sometimes tank go dry and we refill ...and then it's ready to go.....as we start the engine it stops ....but again what i understand that the engine should be heated too ....cold engine usually stops is all scooty .......

Thank god I saw your video I was planning for Suzuki 125 but honestly no one can challenge activa engines they are very very refined one request is don't allow the petrol to come down below 1 litre or else you will face the issue

This problem once occurred with me and my accces was not starting so I took it to service centre they said to chane fuel pump but when they opened there was only wire issue (a mice bitten it) they changed wire and now it is perfect after more 1500kms
I heard about this FI issue and my friend told it was ultimately the issue of fuel pipe in fuel injection pump.
I had brought new one in 2008 .still good running after completion of 50000

Bro I too had same issue(high rpm) it was 6months old I went to service centre first time they sent me by giving excuses and when I went second time they charged battery and the third time I was very very angry and then they changed my battery for free (100 rs for battery change)

Bro what you are saying is problem of Stepping motor for RPM issue and problem of sound from left side is of clutch problem. Solution is Just under warranty change the stepping motor everytime you got service your vehicle and get your clutch clean.

Bro same problem occurred with me as the real problem was that I was not maintaining 1 litre fuel. Now am maintaining 3 to 4 ltr and now the problem isn't occurring.

Accelerator ka jo problem hai, wo most probably Acclerator Cable k waje se ho raha hai. Usko change karke dekhiye, kiuki mera scooty ( Hero maestro edge bs3, age 5 and half years), usme aisa hi problem aya tha. Mai Hero ki service center me service nahi karata kiuki they are unreliable (wo baad me ek video upload karenge mera channel me). To mai jaha service karata hu, wo bahot hi experienced mechanic hai. Wo bolethe ki ye problem accelerator cable change karne se thik ho jaiga aur waisa hi hua. To aap ekbar accelerator cable change karke dekh lijiye.
Aur 'kat-kat' jo awaj ati thi, wo sayad aapki gari ka jo kick hai, usme kuch problem k waje se ho raha tha. Sayad kick, andar me kisi k sath lag raha tha, is liye wo sound ho raha tha. Aap kick ka jo section hai, usko pura khulke thik se set kijiye, awaz sayad bandh ho jaiga. Ye dono hi manufacturing defects hai.

I have Access 125 model 2013 and face start issue quite often. I have changed battery but still problem persist. From last four years i have spent more money on service.
During heavy rainfall if water flows 1.5 feet above, battery will become scrap. I wish battery is fixed below seat.

Alhamdulillah i got the same ...same color ..one yr past ..not face any issue till now...maska hai maska...only problem i was having was...tailed light gets moisture because of rain...and it was noticed by service people only...
For the first few weeks they said not available and once they received they replaced with a new one...quite satisfied with their services

Brother Clean up your vehicle's FI system, Fuel injection need to be clean every 6000 km... But the main problem is there is not any FI system clean machine or sensor diagnosis machine available in service centre.. Yamaha is genius in this, bcz they are dealing with FI from 2010.

Isme ye jaha se petrol pass hoke sabhi jaga jata hain wo bala parts ganda hoo jata hain.. Ajkal petrol mai jo mic karke de raha hain athanol na kya bolke.. Iske woje se petrol sabhi jaga pass karne ka jo parts hota hain wo parts bohut ganda ho jata hain.. Usko saf kar dene se ye probl completely khtm ho jata hain.. Mara wala access 125 bs6 thik ho gaya.. Abhi 1 sal ho gaya hain aur bohut sahi chal raha hain..

4:39 Bro yeh problem maine bhi face ki h, infact throttle deke start hone wala problem mere saath 6-7 baar ho chuka tha toh mein direct apne scooter ko service centre leke gaya jaise-taise mushkil manage krte hue. Is problem ko lekar yeh mera 3rd visit tha, pehli 2 baar mein unko bhi kuch samajh nhi aaya.
Par teesre visit mein unhone problem notice kiya aur kaha ki iska ECR reprogram krna padega(something related to software update). Toh maine premature servicing mein apni gaadi de di. Aur baad mein sunney mein bhi aya ki yeh har Bs6 gadiyon mein yeh problem common h.
Well Ab reprogramming k baad koi issue abhi tak toh face nhi krna pada h.And apart from this my scooter runs like butter and gives decent mileage around 43-44kmpl.
Overall mujhe apne Access se koi shikayat nhi h.👍

Big issue with access is fuel tank. 5 L is too low. Should be at least 7L

Iam using Access 125 from 6 years and no problem at all.... May be ur unit is faulty , show it to any other good mechanic in the city or Suzuki workshop in nearby city. Not a big issue and can be resolved easily.

I bought Access 1 month ago, tik tik wali issue is in many bs6 vehicles, the fuel pump is still on after the engine is off, woh thodi der baad apne aap band hojata hai,
2. FI error, is because you try to go tank to tank, avoid that, instead as soon as you hit 2 litre mark try to refuel asap, I did the tank to tank 3 to 4 times, and my fuel pump gave up, anything apart from this, go to the service station, it's their duty to fix things.
Service center balo ko kuch nhi pata hai just asai engine oil and thoda bolt 🔩 kich na ata hai .
Maine Tvs , Honda showroom pe dekha sab ek hai .
