This video shows how to prepare a rapid library (based on starter pack) and run it on MinION apparatus prepared in Dr. Matan Oren Lab at Ariel University by Svetlana Maslov and David Bern
Thank you for your detailed explanation According to your experience, if you perform a whole transcriptome experiment on mouse cells and add 12 barcodes, can a flow cell measure the differential expression data of the whole transcriptome? Thank you so much!
Very well demonstrated.. keep it up..
8:11 "gently open the Spot ON cover, to expose the loading airport" lol.
Keep up the good work👍🏾
Thanks. very useful
Nice video. Is this done using only the ligation kit reagents in the startup package? What kind of DNA are you sequencing (PCR product)?
Thank you for your detailed explanation

Hi. Thank you for the detailed video. If I want to get 0.5GB data per sample, how many samples can I combine and load in one flow cell?
Thank you for the video tutorial! Do you have everything written down?
All protocols are available in ONT community
@@matanoren2220 dear sir, what is ont community? From where we can find?
@@wardaamjad8311nanopore Oxford technology
Very nice vdo.
Pls upload new video regarding this tech if possible.
its possible send the steps protocol?
What amount of FLT did you guys put in the sample?
One question, is the pcr really necessary? I was told it could be done without it.
They are probably maximizing thier return
What kind of flow cell is this?
i wonder myself if this is anonymous , do you need to be connected on internet to run it ? I v heard that informations comunicate on theirs servers.
It is anonymous and it can be run without internet (other then updates )
is this machine able to sequence a whole human genome?
How many Times can you use a flow cell?
Just once. But you can multiplex samples through barcoding
Potentially several times until performance is going down. You can check the available pores before each run
Does it offer the code in full form of all DNA? Some chromosome? Or the sequence of some gene?
Depending what you sequence. This is the rapid protocol, so it will sequence parts of the target sequence (either a genome or a PCR product)
