OMG...in my case is opposite. I had to turn off " force full gnss . " It was ON by default
Mi 12s Ultra - mention, this model is not made for Eu, but have global ROM.
What is interesting, GPS was lost only and only on 3G/ H+ while using mobile data or voice data ( GSM call).
For now it's stable, if problem will come back , i will let you know.

Hi Amer, I followed the steps and GPS Test showed "3D fix" for about 2 min and has now gone back to "No Fix". Even in Waze, it first showed proper route but now shows "No GPS: Showing approximate location". Do you think this might be due to a loose antenna?

It can be a hardware problem in your device, or a loss of signal.
Monitor your device and notice when the signal drops. This way you can know from where the problem originates and solve it.

Then most probably it's a signal problem. It means you have activated GPS successfuly on your mobile.
When it is not working then it's the network.
