So how is the air sealed up after it's been blown up. Seems like it would deflate after it was blown up. 🤔 Or does it have a heat sealer at the end of the pump to seal it off so it doesn't deflate. Let me know thanks.

Hi, at the top of each tube/column of Airsac® there is a one way inlet valve for the air. The design means the air goes in but doesn't come out. Over a long period of time, e.g. 6 to 9 months, air will naturally dissipate through the film, but it will not deflate entirely. You can top up Airsac® with more air if you want to use it again. If you want to dispose of Airsac®, you simply cut the film with safety scissors of a safety knife and put with category 4 plastic recycling in your location.

What happens on a plane when the air expands? Do they rupture?

      Hi Matheus,
Thank you so much for your enquiry.
If you would like to reuse Airsac®, you will have to keep it inflated and top up with air when you intend to reuse it. If you would like to dispose of / recycle Airsac®, you will need to safely cut through all the champers to let all of the air out. You can use scissors or a safety knife, or other safe cutting equipment.
      We hope that helps!
      Kind Regards,
      Macfarlane Packaging
