Hey Foodies, here I've got my super creamy fruit custard recipe which is also known as mixed fruit custard, this is the eggless way to do it. Do try, this is seriously the best summer dessert to try!

Milk - 500ml
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
Custard Powder - 2 tbsp (Vanilla Flavor)
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Mix Fruits - 1 1/2 cups (use soft/hard mix for best results)

In this cinnamon goes with it. If trying fusion custard it can include sliced ivy gourd, tomato and onion too fine cuts, grapes, lemon shade mango, guava and tender coconut with pinch of jeera powder custard mixture and cloves++

My custard was taking too much time to have thick consistency. I mean you boiled for 2 3 minutes after adding custard powder, i had to stir for 10 minutes to get consistency like yours. I liked this much.♥️ Bdw I saw on some channels they have very thick consistency. How thick it is supposed to be actually.

You can add 1tbsp corn flour to thicken the consistency! Works with all dishes
