    Badami Degi Chicken Qorma:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken with bones ½ kg
    Grind fried onions 4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
    Cayenne red chili (ground) 1 tbsp
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Clarified butter 1 tbsp
    Mix whole spices ¾ tbsp
    All spice powder ½ tsp
    Nutmeg mace powder ¼ tsp
    Screw pine essence few drops
    Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
    Peel almonds 10-12
    Vinegar ½ tsp
    Method:
    Heat clarified butter and fry chicken and remove it .then in clarified butter all spices and yogurt add and roast well .now in chicken mix and roast well .after this add ½ cup of water then cook till chicken tender .then fried onion ,nutmeg ,screw pine ,finely cut ginger and vinegar add then leave on dum .finally garnish with almond and ginger then serve with sheermal .
    Rose Kalakand Kheer:
    Ingredients for kheer
    Milk 1 liter
    Qalaqand ¾ cup
    Boiled rice ¾ cup
    Rose water ½ cup
    Sugar as required
    Rose leaves for garnishing
    Pistachios for garnishing
    Method:
    In milk add rice and cook till rice cook and mix well .then add Qalaqand,sugar and rose water and cook till Qalalqand mix .when kheer gets thickened dish out and garnish with pistachios and rose leaves and serve .
    Boondi kachumar Raita:
    Ingredients:
    Small boondiyan ½ cup
    Yogurt 250 grams
    Chopped onion 1
    Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
    Green coriander 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 1 tsp
    Crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
    Crushed red chili 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Crushed garlic 1 tsp
    Curry leaves 2 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 pinch
    Method:
    Soaked the boondiyan in water till it turns soft . Drain excess water .after this in yogurt add salt and cumin add and whipped well .then soaked boondiyan ,onion ,tomatoes ,green coriander ,crushed red chili and green chili add and mix well then dish out .for tempering heat oil then add curry leaves and one pinch turmeric add and fry then do then tempering and serve it .
