This event is open to the public and not restricted to hikers and walkers. It is suitable for anyone interested in learning how to maintain fitness levels as they age, prevent walking injuries, and manage hip and knee arthritis.

‘Hiking for health: a guide for hill walkers & hikers on how to prepare & avoid injury.’
