I want a job like this but I’m afraid that when costumers ask questions I won’t be able to answer them.. *sigh* the problem is.. I can’t really pay attention when I’m nervous or something 😔

I was the same way. To be honest, it takes time because you will learn as you go. The first time I was there I froze when a customer asked me about an item I knew nothing about! Took me a month to learn all of the basics of the whole damn store including handling cash, register, espresso machine, memorizing all the items (bakery/pastries/cakes/drinks), taking orders thru phone, and even greeting and conversing with customers!You'll be fine as along as long as you ask ask ask your co-workers or manager! If they seem annoy, just know it's not your fault because you're still learning. We all start somewhere. I've only been a month into my job and I've already trained new employees that I wished my trainers did the same way. I make sure he/she knew the basics and don't rush them like how my employees/managers did to me lol If I am taught right, I can definitely pass it on since I love to train new people! When I'm knowledgeable at something, I love to pay it forward.
I was the same but you learn & get used to it. I was very socially anxious before my cafe job but after 3 months I can say I'm alot more confident in speaking to strangers now & I dont feel so nervous around people:) It really helped me in uni & other aspects of socialising as well😁
