- Introducing a new rock type found here in Oregon. Should this be called Biggs Flame? Right now, it seems to be the best name for this newly discovered material. To make a large bulk purchase, 100 pounds or more and doing a local pick up, absolutely no shipping. reach out to shermancountyrocks@gmail.com. Again, this email is only for 100+ pound purchases and you must pick it up yourself.
Much of this newly discovered Biggs area Jasper needs to be stabilized, some does not. I am the one that messed up. I did not listen to the miner (Jays) close enough. I let the excitement of the material get the best of me and did not listen to him when he was talking about some of the material needing to be stabilized. Some of it is very solid, and the one I will cut in a future video is very solid, with that, however, there is a very high percentage of the material that does need to be stabilized. With that, I cannot be the one selling it. I do not have the experience in stabilizing material, although it may not be an issue for many of you, it is for an issue for me. For example, The obsidian I sell, I know it, I know it well, I know what to expect, I know how to fix problems, I know about everything there is about polishing it, I can help my customers in many different ways. I do not have enough experience in stabilizing material to offer sound advice if I have a customer ask me for help. I would rather walk away from an opportunity of offering this truly incredible material than not be able to offer full support on something that I sell. This is such a beautiful material and I am going to learn the right way to work it, like I have with Beers Mountain Jasper, China Hollow Jasper, varieties of obsidian, Chinese writing stone, porcelain Jasper, petrified redwood, and many many others. I will be building my knowledge base when it comes to stabilizing material so in the future I can be of help and offer my customers the full service/help/support that they deserve.

I've got a bunch of that and I had it for years. A guy from Bend gave it to me. Not so newly discovered.
Found in Sherman County?
@@1JawsJr Yes. I showed the two large pieces given to me in a video. They were a gift for including him and his wife in our neighborhood Valentines Day cocktail party.
