For people who are trying to make the loft... it works with me and I am going to explain how : 1- After making the line kangroo bake it. 2- trace the line baked from kangroo with a polyline and use it instead of the baked line .
Sorry about the confusion, I forgot to explain that part in the video. I duplicated and had three same curves in the same direction. Only the middle curve is translated upwards by the same distance as the height of the curve to make the dome shape. Let me know if you have any questions.
+Gyabo90 when I loft the surface it comes out of the loft component as an open brep (I assume because the curve was shattered). Even after joining and rebuilding the curve I still can't get a surface to continue on to the next step. Did you just bake the curve straight after it came out of Kangaroo or was there another process between that and the lofting step? Thanks for the tutorial! Edit: I ended up finding the points on the catenary curve and interpolating a curve through them to get a curve with continuous curvature.

Beautiful!
Thank you for the tutorial!
How did you create the lofted surface? Did you use other curves?

+Gyabo90 is still not very clear how u got the lofted surface from the catenary curve. how did u arrange the 3 copied curves ?
gd job. kindly can you send me the file because at the end of the video i didn't understand how to connect with kangaroo
Haha I'm not going to do that. But you can check out the screenshots on my blog. Hope that helps.
its ok, i’ll send u my work based on your video and i’ll mention inside my gh file the problem. whats your opinion?
+Gyabo90 how did u remove the poly surfaces on trusses when u baked it ?
+Bilal Baghdadi I had to do it manually in Rhino. I couldn't find a way to do it in Grasshopper.
Kindly can u tell how to do it in Rhino?
Hi I know this is very cheeky but could you send me the script please?
how do you expect us to see what you are doing in such low quality video. Thanks for the video anyways
Can't hear you voice at all with my volume all the way up. And you appear to leave out some steps.
