In my opinion, it's essentially the reverse version of The Walten Files (or, of course, the source material of TWF, FNAF), where instead of being stuffed into the fucked-up thingamajig, the fucked-up thingamajig is being stuffed into him. The monster is in control, overriding the control of Dell.
Theory: next volume engineer will come out of the sewers, but it wont be him, it will be the anomaly using him as a skin suit. As for what happened to scout, i think he is ok. Since the monster doesnt kill them, i beleive he is alive, maybe scout is in hiding after he was attacked, we know he is fast so i assume he'd escape the monsters grasp.

This series is so good! The idea of tf2 analog horror is such an interesting concept and this one does not disappoint in showing that fact. That scene with the Organism and Dell looked and sounded horrifiying. Dell seems to still be somewhat alive but out of control of his body as the Organism uses it as some sort of skin suit. It really makes me wonder what this thing did to Scout, if he's already long dead or if he's somehow alive but gravely injuried. Either way, I hope we see the rest of the mercs pop up soon and maybe try to search for their collegues, only to find out what has become of them and if they too will meet a similar fate.
Look, laodarz, this is the best analog horror I have ever seen, but just one thing. Can you make the text stay on screen for a little longer? It kinda takes me out of the immersion if I have to pause every now and then if I wanna know what’s going on. Or I’m just a slow reader idk.
