But you surprised me on the DHW because your always 100% thorough an almost slipped up on this one . But in your defense you had a lot of crap to do an fix❤ But that is an example of GREAT SERVICE!! well done Sir!

Preventative Maintenance is Absolutely Essential if you want your HVAC, Vehicles or whatever means anything to you have their Life Extended for Many Years. 🤔👍
It surprising that boiler wasn’t sooted up with as dirty as those Ventura areas were. Definitely gotta be running better after a good cleaning. Looks like they need to check and service there dryer vent.
Night and day difference for cleaning the burner tubes! Amazing that it was still working even covered in dust. Mike why isn’t there a vent damper? Or is the inducer blocking the flue enough to prevent stack losses?
I just had the same exact experience with the shipping screw on a 2012 Burnham ES2. Seemed like the thing was fused with that cover. Tried a multi tool, a screw extraction kit, a dremel….eventually just drilled through it. Still the boiler, though never serviced, was not anywhere close to the levels of grossness in this video :)
Mikey I’ve always wondered. What happens if you pay to open up the supply house after house, if they dont have the part you need, do you still have to pay the fee?
Clean Equipment Runs more Efficiently and equals Cost Savings. Homeowners wait until an Outage to have Service. Service should be Performed “Before” Outage.🤪
Mr Diack you need to fix that ring finger. It swollen. Working in FL will make it worse. Plus you are a finger guy who like to work with your hands😂😂😂.
Pretty routine, but Mikey doesn't cut corners and does as thorough a job as he can. A true master of his craft.
Mikey, those are the dust bunnies! They are cute and furry, nothing a seasoned tech should fear 😊
So true!
Quality job
Thank you very much.

Great job mikey 👏 👍 👌
Thanks Scott. This one was pretty gross.
@PipeDoctor I've never seen a gas boiler that dirty. I'm surprised the boiler didn't carbonized sorted up.
Very very nice job as always
Thank you so much 😊
Great Job
Thanks Bob
Another great video! Thanks for the review of all of the components towards the end of the video! 💯👍😀
My pleasure!
Awesome work 👏

Agreed. If we can only convince more the importance of annual maintenance
WOW!I have seeing them on gas furnaces though.
Boilers aren’t exempt

You got that right!
Night and day difference for cleaning the burner tubes! Amazing that it was still working even covered in dust. Mike why isn’t there a vent damper? Or is the inducer blocking the flue enough to prevent stack losses?
I don’t understand how someone can really believe that. Oh it’s gas it needs no maintenance?

i wish you did a test first. big difference i bet
Absolutely
Nice job. Boy those burners were dirty. Why did they use a seperate circulator for the indirect?
Good question. Only they would know
A question
You can see inside the walls with that type of camera? To check water lines?
Not really but kinda
Is that an attachment to the IPhone or an app to see infrared?
That boiler was so dirty, I'm surprised it worked at all. Looks and works like new again. Hopefully the pumps are not worn down by running dry.
I hope not either
That safety drain pipe could be easily bent into an offset clearing the pressure regulator by heating it with a mapp gas torch.
Great idea
Sure, yeah worked on 3 years ago! That's gotta be the quietest house I've heard you working in, no dogs or kids..
Mikey I’ve always wondered. What happens if you pay to open up the supply house after house, if they dont have the part you need, do you still have to pay the fee?
They always tell you in advance if it’s in stock
@@PipeDoctorthey must have high hopes their inventory is accurate. For me 9 outa 10 times if only one shows 1 in stock, they dont have it
The only thing you didn’t show us was the heat exchanger, if it was dusty like the burners were that could be your CO issue. Just curious man
Yep, I didn’t show that
Mikey - got teef on that blade? One cut per blade, I've spent more on blades than I did on the multi-tool kit.
Sounds like those blades are cutting into your budget more than your materials!
Time for new blade
No shit. I couldn’t find my metal one.
Now that’s what you call filthy 😳😳😳. Sweet job Mikey 👍👍🏆🏆
Thanks! Now she clean
Honeywell is now the company that launches satellites a Rosidio makes consumer products

Complete mess
Mikey ! you didn't wipe off the top of the water heater lol. so disappointed in you. you always do a great job with cleaning.
I did!
31.26 time hahah I'm sure you did after you finished the video.

We serviced the emergency and followed with the maintenance
That noise made my teeth grind. Worst noise in the world lol. Love that tool though!!!
That noise should come with a warning label, right? Maybe a "headphone users beware" note would be handy!
It is a bad location for the boiler feed valve. Those burners were quite dirty. I have never seen one like that.
Me neither.

Woo 32 minutes🎉 10:26 holy shiii
A longie
You turned that cold dirty boiler into a hot Latinas Chica....Damn well done!
Sexy hot
Go figure your behind the oil man lol
Those burners are so dirty they’re lucky they didn’t catch on fire
Crazy 😝
Mr Diack you need to fix that ring finger. It swollen. Working in FL will make it worse. Plus you are a finger guy who like to work with your hands😂😂😂.
Maybe I should start a new trend with a swollen ring finger, what do you think?
#1😂😂😂😂
It’s official. You’re the first comment. Congratulations 🎊🍾🎉🎈
A lot of cocky in those burners
Loaded cocky
Also in that sink as well 😂
Filthy. Surely they were doing construction in the basement to make it that nasty
Must've been trying to set a record for the messiest basement!
👍✌
