How similar are the schemes in this game to Crusader Kings 3?
I'm having trouble figuring out what to do with my family members who do not have high skills. I don't want to waste time educating them until they are old then finally employing them. But I don't want to give them a job that they suck at lol

My ancestors where members of an English Noble House that was destroyed during the English Civil War cause they sided with the King. I think about how insane as well as exciting it would have been.
