Trust me this isn't the first time a group like this happen when it comes to Mnet groups buddy even Kepler's two previous predecessors were also temporary girl groups especially the group that came before Kepler here the group was very well received and loved too and a lot of fans actually thought they were gonna last longer due to the success they had😅 P.S speaking about their company wakeone and my comment about Kepler's predecessors the group is actually labelmates with one of the girls that was part of the group before Kepler she's a solo artist now in the same company as them her name is Jo Yuri
I feel like K-pop fans have this convo every time a temp group from a survival show debuts lol, a lot of these girls have futures already being planned out for them to start after Kep1er disbands just like most of Iz*one going back to their companies and continuing with their careers. Making them permanent would disrupt plans made for them even prior to GP999. The girls were sent to compete knowing it was temporary for this reason lol. I do agree though ill be sad when it comes but i know that their true potential is yet to come.
