Did it damage your hair and did you use a heat protection. I have curly hair and I want to straighten my hair but I do not want to damage it. So would you need a heat protection when using this product?
@ JustThatElla Hi! I have curly hair and let me tell you, use heat protectant ANY TIME you use a heat tool on your hair. Last spring, I got my hair straightened by a “professional” and she didn’t use and heat protectant, made the tools really hot, and long story short I had to cut a good amount of my long hair off bc she damaged it so so bad. I just recently straightened my hair again, and I just made a heat protectant (one teaspoon of coconut oil and 3/4 of warm water in a spray bottle) and put it in my hair and my hair came out soft and shiny and not damaged at all. So really, make sure to use a protectant on your hair, and don’t make the same mistake I did, lol. Hopefully this helped, and if you have any questions, I’m happy to help bc trust me after my hair got damaged I got serious about taking care of it 😅
