Was the place unavailable for dine in Blue Ocean?

They just had a sign up that said, "Take out only". I'm not sure if it was a staffing issue or a covid issue.

Yep, it was Blue Ocean. We checked online to see if they had dine in available, but like Bob said, we got there to a sign stating take out only. We'll try it again at a later date. ^_^ Looking forward to it!
