Do you find that the shoulder strap tends to lengthen during the day while you walk? The standard strap that is! Not the loop covered one for the merit badges.
rear shoulder straps. undo the straps, feed the bottom straps through the bottom corner holes, and tie them back to the shoulder straps from inside the rear pocket ;-)
Those internal side pouches are great for storing glasses/small water bottles

I swapped mine for the gelatinous cube one immediately. I haven't noticed it but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
