My brother and I are in our sixties now. If UFC had been around in the seventies? We would have been the diaz brothers precursors. We fought at least twice a day, half hour to fortyfive minute rounds. Our friends would come o er while we were fighting, they would treat it as an event! Make sandwiches drink our beer. Yeah. Oh well. I love the UFC. And all the other MMA fight clubs and fighters. Much respect to every man or woman in this sport. The most brutal sport on the planet. Televised, any way. @Real nah, they'd much rather fighters make weight and keep the schedule as is because promotion is their biggest expense. Also I doubt any star athlete who is building a name for themselves is going to willingly miss weight and lose respect of their fans and credibility with other fighters. Nate was simply saying the UFC knows what they're doing in terms of keeping the show going. They have contingency plans for these scenarios.
