    Can I put a rtx3050 or 2080 in the 9010?

It depends. But probably not. In these kinds of PC cases the GPUs should be low profile cards, which means they have a shorter bracket. You could bypass this by keeping the case open and/or saw/bend the case to make space for the GPU. But more importantly it depends, whether or not the GPU needs additional power via a PCIe 6-pin or 8-pin connector. So there are RTX 3050 which are low-profile and which don't need additional power. Like the MSI RTX 3050 L 6G OC, the Asus RTX 3050 OC, and the Gigabyte RTX 3050 OC Low Profile 6G. But there is no similiar RTX 2080. Even if, the small 240W power supply wouldn't deliver enough power. To add even more information: I don't know any RTX 40xx (RTX 4060) which does NOT need any additional power. Asus and Gigabyte offer RTX4060 low profile, but they need additional power. Oh and I think the "latest" AMD consumer GPU in low profile with no additional power is the Radeon RX 6400 -- which, well doesn't even have the video encoder chip for H264/H265/AV1, in case you are thinking of some kind of HTPC/homeserver.

the best you could put without doing weird stuff in the sff is a low profile rtx 3050, rtx a2000, gtx 1650 or rx 6400.
so to answer your question, in the small form factor version, no for the 2080 but a 3050 might work if its a low profile card.
