Balance is key. Having a wild unpredictable life can get overwhelming but its sure a lot more fun then having rverything stricly regimented. That being said having a routine ks very valuable
      Balance ❤

I usually have 1-2 days in my cycle each month in which I'm absolutely exhausted to the core of my being. It was nice to hear someone (male especially) who acknowledges this as a normal thing and not something to "push" through. 🙌

Being a straightforward person this video is like a breath of fresh air, it’s raw, honest, and no bullshit. Especially when you got to body dysmorphia it really hit home. Once you started talking about the way you look at it, it’s like a switch clicked in my brain, I feel like my mind just pivoted into a way to look at a healthy sustainable life that actually made sense, instead of all this fluff bs people try to sell to you. Mind blown! 🤯🤯

This Q&A was great! I love the way you articulated your answer on the “purpose” question. I agree completely, but am rarely able to explain my beliefs so eloquently.
I also love the frankness in which you discussed menstruation. I work in reproductive health care, in TX. It’s refreshing to hear a man discussing it as the normal, and natural thing it is.🙌

This was....so amazing. Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions so thoughtfully, and for being so frank, upfront, and genuine. I love hearing your perspective on things and it's honestly so wonderfully refreshing to hear a man speak so maturely and informatively about the menstrual cycle and its effect on how we feel, and not turn it into some stupid punchline. Also, those dogs are adorable. Thanks, Thoren! #subscribed

Everyone gathered in a circle and held on to each other as it played. I was between my brother and his best man. It was a magical moment I'll always remember. Love The Rocky Road to Dublin too! ❤️

I'm not boring or I can't be, unfortunately. I cannot eat many foods and did cut out entire food groups, because I just cannot eat them. People literally ask me what I eat, but I have food and good food too. I don't eat potatoes ( only sweet potatoes), some of the legumes ( lentils, beans, chickpeas), no grains ( gluten intolerance), no dairy, no tomatoes ( I love them but they just trigger such an inflammatory response that I cannot), no peppers, no rice, no sugar ( not even Stevia, but I can use raw honey) because I am allergic to sugar ( including dextrose, maltodextrine and other derived stuff), no eggplants and a few more. I simply threw away almost everything in my diet and reintroduced stuff one by one to see what made me feel crappy. I have psoriasis and 4 years ago, I was scratching my scalp off. Literally. I was eating everything and anything. I began with a diet (Whole30) to "detox" my body and it led me to a lifestyle ( AIP or the Autoimmune Protocol). The AIP followers are also sort of like a cult, just like the ones who do Keto, but I used AIP like a guideline, not a freaking Bible. I did Whole30 for 3 months and my skin went from really bad and scary ( having wounds and blood on my pillow, scalping myself every single day) to a bit better. My itching started improving. I was under treatment and it was still bad. I found the AIP online and started asking around. I eliminated almost everything except fruits, leafy greens and meat. I ate a ton of spinach, nettle, robert herb, cucumbers, kale, iceberg salad, arugula, etc. in the beginning. For 3 months, I had fruits with a bit of coconut milk in the morning, then some form of cooked green leaf with green leaf salad ( 😂 ) and a piece of boiled meat with a bit of salt as lunch and dinner. My skin went from mildly itching, but still bothersome and having wounds, to clean. Nothing. Then I started reintroducing stuff. I never took eggs out, because eggs were never an issue for me. I left out grains because I knew those were an issue, left out sugar because that was an issue too, but I didn't know about the tomatoes. I still don't eat many things and I'm better off this way. My skin has healed, I haven't had an issue in about 4 years. Nothing. I used to hurt everywhere, because sometimes psoriasis comes with arthritis as well. My periods pains have improved tremendously, but my skin was the best improvement. I used to wear a jacket in the summer, I covered my hair, my forehead, I didn't wear shorts, because I was covered in open wounds. I literally hid myself so that people wouldn't ask what I have on my forehead or legs. I'm not in pain anymore, my joints don't hurt at all anymore, my skin looks fantastic and I lost some weight too, which is awesome. I'm no longer psrt of the Facebook groups and all, because I can now manage on my own, the beginning was rough because I had no idea what nightshades were and many things. I don't regret anything and I will continue eating this way. Having an autoimmune condition, I believe this helps a lot. I have seen people who suffer from these conditions, feel better by eliminating certain food groups. I say try it and see for yourself if it helps. It helped me, it might help someone else too.
