You dont need food stuff. Most major cities and towns have African shops here to buy your food stuff. Not as cheap as home but they sell it. Alot of restaurants also creating beautiful African dishes.
Trust me you don't need those things the cheapest thing in America is clothes and food dear, just go with African food stuff that's it may be five things

Yes, If I ever knew anyone coming I will tell them not to bring much clothes because you going to end up not using them. Just bring more of ankara or traditional wear because that you can't easily get them when needed
