The cracking neck is a thing. I can sit in the same position for hours as an artist, its not good. I swear I'm becoming stiffer by the day. If you find a good stretching routine please share. I remember getting the Love Lula box after seeing yours back in the day when i first found you. There's only 1 thing I can't eat... Salmon, the taste, texture and smell🤮 xx

Oh gosh yes! It must be worse for you! Yoga with kasdandra does a good 10min shoulder and neck stretch x love Lula was pretty good shame its gone x
