I already knew for a while that running BIS gear with Siren or NH-2D that Crit Damage was around 70x. I figured that there must be a hidden Crit Damage Multiplier from the start as the 6.27x9.5 = 59.57. It also wouldn't make sense for it to be 1x otherwise getting Crit Chance by itself would be kind of pointless. I made this video to share my findings. I also want to test Crit Chance and prove that it's multiplicative as well, (runes with hero gear) but that will be a lot harder to prove. As that all depends only on data. Lots of data. 😑 Edit: I should probably said that starting Crit damage doesn't start at 1x instead of zero as that makes it more confusing.
Should do multiple runs to get the average crit chance and switch between the Siren and the NH-2D swords. Do like 5-10 runs, and count how many crits you hit to get you the average. Some may be above average or below average, as it can be random.
@@centauria9122 I was actually going to run multiple runs (20 runs) at maximum crit chance of 42% on gear. This way my crit chance should be (1.42x1.125)-1 = 59.75% or 54.5% if it's additive. 5.25% is a big difference.
@@centauria9122 Yes, that's why I want to test it if it's multiplicative with hero gear or additive. I'm already sure it's multiplicative but I just want to see the numbers. 😅
You get one every timeline. I'm on 555 so that's 554 red potions. Plus you get one for every legend dungeon. I'm on 59-5. That's another 595 potions. The rest are from missions.
@@xprt_shadowkill Wow, that's a lot, I just realized it now, but I'm still on timeline 12, I always follow events so I can get cool looting and so I can get gems to increase my health level Same damage so it's stronger, if you've reached the timeline how many friends
@@demonelf87 I don't know what you mean? You mean Ruby sword? Ruby sword is the best sword by far, NH-2D is 2nd best and then Siren is slightly behind. There are cases where siren is better to use than NH-2D tho. Diamond is ok as well.
So it would mean that your calculations need to add +1. You would get somewhere around 68-69. Even then. There's a lot of decimals that don't show up in game. Like, 1.04 x 1.04 is 1.0816. But it only shows 1.08
@@takiahmed5575 I'm not really sure I understand what you are saying. It doesn't start at 2. I think you are mixing up crit chance with crit damage. Crit chance starts at 0. Crit damage starts at 1.2x. I literally run 0 crit damage in the video and it does 1.2x more damage than without any crits.
@@takiahmed5575but yes alot of numbers are rounded off. So it's not 100% accurate but you can run this test 100x and results will be with like 1-2% error.

Ahh very true as it's all based on chance sometimes it could look close to 100 sometimes closer to 20...🥲

Nice test.
So does it helps to get your gear on crit damage??
Yep. Especially because alot of gear is focused on crit damage. So that damage from runes and hero gear will be multiplied.
@@xprt_shadowkill because i am now stuck again in timelines and dont know what gear is the best for it.
