You know Hebron’s sheet music is surprisingly not very hard, I figured their book would be crazy as far as the snares. But it’s doable for a lot of high school snare drummers it’s just hard to get all of them in the same drum line ☠️
@@TuX-fw4veI was at Hebron playing shows 2015-2018, id say the hardest snare music I’ve ever played was in the 2017 drum show. Crazy timing demands and expectations on the whole line. While subsequently 2018 was probably the easiest music, but the production of the show still made it enjoyable. While I didn’t personally play it, their 2019 drum show has some crazy snare/tenor writing
@@ghdesign_ I see what you mean, and it kind of depends one the group of young kids your working with you know. Obviously everyone has to be good but let’s say 2017 the introduced with a ton of lil demons tryna go to DCI and WGI. I can definitely see the drill people and sheet music writers trying to push them to a potential that can give them an experience that will prepare them for future events as such
@@ghdesign_ and ofc the music doesn’t have to be crazy hard to sound good. I can just definitely see the scenario where if you wanna get looked at by groups you can send them stuff like your guys 2017 show
lol I missed the lonestar lot too. I had to do the region jazz concert, change into my uniform and zoom over to Marcus from Denton High. Got there in enough time to walk to the stadium with the homies.
Man, Shostakovich string quartet 8, symphony fantastique, Verdi requiem and that other piece I forgot the name of. What an awesome piece selection!
Editing was 10/10 bro
Appreciate it! 🤝
Holy basses stole the show
I thought this was Hebron not SCV
