Hello everyone welcome to my channel! Let make the best Sierra Leone krain krain as we call it in SierraLeone and Gambia this leaf has so many names depending on what part of the world you came from. Some people call it molokhiya, ayoyo, jute, ewado. You can have it with fufu or rice and it delicious African food 😋

Ingredients
1kg beff
2 cups of palm oil
1 cow foot
500g smoked barracuda fish
2 ogiri
3 bunches offer krain krain
3 onions
4 Springonions
A hand full of better beans
2 scotch bonnet
2 garden eggs
2 tablespoons of chicken stock
1tablespoon of salt
