I like the way you can see the hot air blasting out the top of the old electrics. You get the same effect on the class 91s too. It makes them look a bit like a diesel with hot exhaust coming out but of course it isn't. That always used to puzzle me as a kid, what created all that heat, before I knew what rheostatic braking was! You don't get that on EMUs of course. They are a bit clinical by comparison.
@@CHOO-CHOOPlane I like the 745s, especially at speed. They make a kind of wooing noise which reminds me of the E300s. That and their nice interiors. I like the 90s and mk3s because of their horns and the fact they are timeless classics. I will miss them.

That might be because there were none around back when this was recorded, and none even call at Diss...
