w/salam, yes, you can print this form and fill it out. you can also fill it online using any PDF editor and then print it. you can fill one, and make a copy of that, because there two forms required to be submitted.

Wali bhai I've two questions. I book ticket from thaiairways and thaiairways don't ask me for passport details is it normal?? And I book ticket online with my friend credit-card on thaiairways will there be any problem during boarding pass issuing ?
there shouldn't be any problem. it's all fine.
The credit/debit card used for booking the ticket must be in your possession while traveling. Most of the airlines mention it on their terms and conditions. Their Check-in staff might ask you to show it while issuing the boarding passes.

You can stay for a maximum of 60 days on Thai tourist visa.

nahi, sirf apka bank statement chahye, ap Oman wala bank account bhi de sakte hai. lekin pehly consulate/embassy se confirm kar lo.
