Lucif was even able to become Omni-King through a roundabout proxy version of how Demon Emperors can usurp the One True Devil in the Demon Realm. But you see, the Omni-King of the multiverse was not in fact the most powerful being in the multiverse (unless the Demon Royal Guards could oneshot Dai like they oneshot Zeno). ARJ seems to portray Dai himself, like his children, as being a servant to Zeno while also being superior to him in every way, up to and including the ability to erase people with the Divine Smite. If the Demon Realm is this evil mirror version of the multiverse, "The Beast" could be the Demon Realm's counterpart of the Royal Guards, or even Daishinkan himself.
