The fight would remain identical except there will not be a baby Naruto. So for the sealing, Kushina couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the chakra or the time to place the seals and Minato couldn’t just drag the fox to the afterlife. So Kurama would end up being transformed into a newborn, his chakra sealed to be at the same level as one, and the third hokage would believe him to be Naruto and take him to the village, he would accept this to remain hidden. His friends and powers wouldn’t change only being revealed for what he truly is when training with B and Gyuki.

As I said he may be lazy and unassuming but he can sure be a badass and is a survivor to boot. He and Temari deserve one another and more so since it was a given between them from the start.
